About the Control Box

What the Control Box does: dosing, valves, sensors, status — applies to KS1, Café Station and multi-line setups.

The Bluewater Control Box manages purification, mineralisation and water flow in systems like Café Station, Kitchen Station, and multi-line setups — ensuring precise, automated operation.

Core functions

  • Activates purification cycles.
  • Triggers mineral dosing via the Liquid Rock system.
  • Controls solenoid valves and dosing pumps.
  • Manages signals from level sensors in tanks.
  • Communicates system status to indicators or app interfaces.

Key capabilities

  • Automated dosing — activates the dosing pump based on demand or tank levels.
  • Signal management — interfaces with level sensors for fill, shut-off and alarms.
  • System sync — coordinates purification and mineralisation timing.
  • Power distribution — supplies and regulates voltage to connected components.

Typical install

Mounted on a wall or fixed panel in the utility or under-counter area, connected to the purification unit, mineral container, dosing pump and pressureless tank. Supports one to three water lines and multiple mineral profiles.

Maintenance

Visual inspection of connectors and cables; ensure clean, dry conditions; check relay function and signal continuity from tank sensors. The Control Box has no filters or fluid paths.
